Cancellation policy for Le Pavillon Vert

Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking your stay at Pavillon Vert.

1. Free cancellation (Standard):

   - Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.

   - If a cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the stay will be applied.

2. Strict cancellation:

   - Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.

   - No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival.

Terms and conditions :

   - All cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail.

   - The cancellation date is the date on which the written notification is received.

   - Refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation, depending on the original method of payment.

Special Cases :

   - In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Le Pavillon Vert reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

   - Receipts may be required for cancellations due to unforeseen events.
